"My daughter moved up to Whitewater, WI last year to attend UW-Whitewater and had her vehicle with her; so I needed to set-up car insurance for her. I contacted Jennifer's office and at that time her assistant, Hannah took great care of setting up my daughter with the car insurance, insurance card, & made sure to get her State Farm phone app set-up properly. When my daughter got her off-campus apartment earlier this year, Jennifer was able to set her up with renter's insurance. Jennifer kept my daughter & myself well informed and was always extremely helpful, when needed. My daughter had to go into the office a couple of times during the past year to either get some questions answered or fixes with the State Farm phone app and anytime that she needed assistance, she was properly taken care of. My daughter is now moving out-of-state again and Jennifer has been more than helpful. I would highly recommend Jennifer & her office for your insurance needs!"
